Owners Sam Venker and Mark Brown understand the importance of family and providing loved ones with a safe, comfortable home in which to make memories that will last a lifetime. They founded Citadel Roofing & Restoration with the intent to put their unique interests and skills to work for families in the Northern Florida Panhandle – providing quality roofing and restoration solutions, with a focus on superior customer service and overall customer satisfaction.

Boasting experience in residential construction plus a background in insurance, Sam has the skills and resources to provide customers with the roofing and restoration solutions that best meet their needs. A native of Charlotte, NC, Sam and his wife, two sons, and daughter have lived in Birmingham for seven years. When not hard at work, you can find Sam fishing, on the golf course, or experimenting with a new recipe in the kitchen.
mark brown
With a background in the corporate world of finance and accounting, Mark always dreamed of putting his skills to use in the construction field, and eventually began to pursue his passion of becoming a general contractor. Originally from Troy, AL, Mark and his wife and two daughters have lived in Birmingham for ten years. Outside of work, Mark is an avid fisherman, bird hunter, and master on the grill.
